cast dissimilar materials within the same cast component

hi everybody

Can anybody help me with the following problem !
I need to cast dissimilar materials within the same cast component, to
overcome a thermal issue. The base material will be aluminium, with copper
insert or inserts. The Approx. size for the base is 300mm x 300mmx 70mm.
Also the process will need to be rapid, time frame needed 2-3 weeks from the
receipt of 3-d cad data.
