Customer Service Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer user questions about the site
Contact and sign up potential users
Follow up with users to insure that expectations are met
Carry out vendor reference checks and authentication
Analyze user feedback to plan site improvements
Compile and edit content for searchable help database
QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SKILLS:
One or more years of customer service or sales experience
Knowledge of rapid prototyping/ machining/ casting.
Good interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication
skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Professional, creative and team-oriented.
