Does anyone out there have any information on AIMS mould failure
during part ejection?
The type of information I am after includes:
-release agents, what do you use & why?
-surface finish of moulds, is it vital how smooth do you go?
-time between injection and ejection and reasons for this?
-types of failure encountered, small chips, large blocks, tool wear?
-draft angles, how large, if at all?
-useful references
-anything else you may think is relevant
