Thank you to those of you that sent in a request for the CD-ROM's. They have all been spoken for and have been shipped. There were 4 or 5 institutes that missed out. My apologies to yoou folks.

Thanks again to those that responded. Were working on the next version or volume 2. I expect that it will be out some time late October
