As a miser, i'd probably have to use a rp-wax model, and then use a carefully pretested plaster formula for hot molding. Then use water soaking to remove plaster (after hot molding product). As a one time deal for complex details or with multiple uses for easy-parting contours. Rep Rap seems to hold promise for less complicated direct rp polymer, if user can engineer clever cooling, (without thermal shocking of machine framework).
