Hi Dave:

Our PRECICAST sand/ceramic casting technology has been specifically
developed for low volume manufacturing of production quality die cast
aluminum components without the typical die cast tooling.

However, our process is rarely suitable for quantities under 25, and it
is more appropriate for volumes from 50 to 5000 castings. The
appropriate part size ranges from 2" cube up to 24" cube.

PRECICAST process can achieve castings that are virtually free of
porosity and the mechanical properties closely match die cast 380 alloy.

If you feel that this process may be a good match for your project, we
would be happy to send you additional information and a CD containing a
video of our state-of-the-art fully automated foundry.

Best regards,
Michael Tsenter
