I have a complex ABS component that requires a prototype to be made in the
correct material and then drop-tested. I could machine this from solid but
only with difficulty. The ideal would be to produce one using FDM but I cant
afford to have layers that are not fully bonded and that could be potential
fracture points. Can anyone out there say with hand on heart that they are
achieving absolute bonding between layers?
