This is not a "Catia" problem; it is a data problem. If one has not made a
complete volume in CATIA or has not done so with a tight enough model
it won't be stitched in SolidWorks. The standard model tolerance Solid
Works uses is 15x tighter than CATIA's default.
The problem should be resolved from the CATIA side.

Subject: Catia to Solidworks
We are having problems bringing a Catia file into Solidworks. The file does
not always come through as a solid.
Has anyone else experienced a problem like this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
