[rp-ml] Copper capability

I am new to this list. I am looking for the following capabilities:

1) Direct metal parts made out of copper or copper alloy (for high voltage
components, OFC Cu preferred)
2) Ultra high vacuum (<1e-7 Torr) compatible plastic parts
3) Copper plating/coating for item 2 for low power, high voltage, high
frequency application

Any referrals or comments will be greatly appreciated.
