Most important question is:
How big are they?

Also.
Who is printing them and in what powder?
What are they being infiltrated with?
How often will they ship?
Are they getting mounted to a base at the shop where they are getting
printed?
Are you going to back fill them with foam or some other substrate once you
get them

For an overall wall thickness you can now go as low as .08" but not on a
model of any size. Remember that Z plasters are weak in sheer so the real
risk to these models it the top "ears" and the details in the middle. Once
the lowers are dry they should be fairly robust.

It is easy with Z Printing to be penny wise and pound foolish. All that
said, the simple answer is I would shell to at least .14" if they are on
the order of 6 inches on a side. If they are more like 8 x 10 x 14's, I
would go up to .16"
