Sorry for late reply.Could you solve this?
This is for sure to do with x and y cable connectors.open the upper
pannel, Clean the gold part of it with co-cleaners, and it should be
gone.we face this once every about 6 months and its gone after
cleaning the connectors with co-cleaner.
