Never the less, the price is attractive and it seems to produce a lot
nicer results than the RepRap systems.

This isn't new, it's been on the market for more than a year. When first
intro'd some people thought it was a scam because of the payment scheme,
but it's for real.
 
There are a couple of additional RepRap clones/variants that are expected
