so it would be almost 2D you wouldnt exacatly have a full head file. I can understand that it would almost be like a plaque.
for a full head you would need more info such as front, left, right, and back.
The rhino pixel co-ordinate points wouldnt really be "true" points, since it will just be using the grayscale of the image.

This is feasible through image processing. The point/ pixel coordinate (X, Y, Z), X, Y are determind from the 2D picture, the Z is determined from the "gray" scale/ level of the pixel.
Rhino software http://www.rhino3d.com/ has this facility.
