Dear Rob,
I think it worth while to point out that QuickCastT is an SLA build
style where a variety of resins can be used to build the patterns.
CastFormT on the other hand is the trademark name of a powder used in
the laser sintering process. Other laser sintering powders based on
polystyrene are available for the laser sintering process. For example,
PrimeCast 101 will work in all laser sintering machines to create
patterns for lost wax investment casting.

I do work with a foundry who states the FDM material used for casting
patterns is not good at all. This is a material that is outside the
Dimension line. I've searched high and low and have come to the
conclusion SLA QuickCast or SLS Castform are the only RP patterns out
there that work.
