Hi John,
 
     The SLS process used to offer Polycarbonate powder on a regular basis
then graduated to a material called Trueform. It was very hard the machines
because it gummed up air chambers, filters and array of other subassemblies and
the substance was extremely hard to remove. Then the SLS process came out with
Castform, which is cleaner. You would need to speak with 3-D Systems in Rock
Hill, SC to get the final answer on the old Polycarbonate powders for the SLS
process.
