Interesting! Hard to imagine how a service bureau could make, package,
and ship nano structures.

o Georgia Tech Researchers Develop Laser Method for Making
Nanostructures

Atlanta -- A research team at Georgia Tech has developed a new method
for producing three-dimensional structures as small as 65 nanometers
wide using new two-photon absorbing molecules, an announcement from the
university said. The technique, called "3D multi-photon lithography,"
simplifies the process and reduces the cost of making such small
structures. It could compete with existing processes for fabricating
nanoscale electronic, photonic and microfluidic devices, according to
the announcement.
