Thanks for sharing this file.
Unfortunately I was not able to read it: it came in as some coded file called Winmail.dat which we could not read as STL file. Opening in a plain text editor shows a header saying "Microsoft mail note", however as it is a binary file it is not possible to just remove the headers.
We have had that same problem before with a PDF file

Some googling showed that this is indeed some non-standard file, that is generated by MS Outlook, and can be read ONLY by other Outlook users. This is the wellknown Microsoft trick to discourage using software from their competitors.

Anyway: in case someone else had the same problem: I just downloaded the freeware tool "Winmail Opener" from www.eolsoft.com
This program allows you to see the contents of the file, in this case the original email, a jpg, a gif and the promised file brain.stl

So at least now I was able to see the brains of Dennis Franchione :-)
