Hi Alex,

DSM Somos ran an injection mold machine at the SLA/SLS Users Conf. using a core and cavity produced from their resin. Check their web site or contact them.

Also, read the paper on Direct AIM tooling by Dr. Phill Dickens of Loughborough University. You may find a link in the RPML archives, a few years back I think.
