Dear John,

Perfactory speed is as follows -

1) With 0.025 mm layer thickness, build speed is 8-10mm / hr (depending on the exposure time you set your machine at), thus for 33mm height of ring, it would take 3.5 - 4 hrs. In 32 micron platform built, about 12-14 rings can be made and in 60 micron built platform, about 25-28 rings can be made at a time. (also depends on the geometry of the ring)

2) with 0.050 mm layer thickness, built speed is approx. 15mm / hr and can take from 2.5-2.75hrs to built the 33mm ring. . No. of rings made on individual platform would be same as above.

Thanking you.

Best Regards,

    Dear List,

Can some users of Perfactory system for Jewellery applications can update me on the following data -

    1. Build speed in mm/hr with 0.025 mm layer thickness, with 32 & 60 microm pixel size. How many rings possible with height of 33 mm, per platform built in these resolutions.

2, Same data as above but now with 0,050 layers

    Look for feedbacks.
