If he just means the peanuts, you've surely seen them yourself: lots
of retailers use them. They're like regular peanuts except a bit
fatter, softer, & less springy.
If the stuff also comes in a can or spray-on unit that would be kinda
cool...though it wouldn't work for water-affected parts, which lets
out quite a lot of them.
