Hi Henry:

Thank you for your e-mail and your interest in our new micro-porous mold
material for vacuum forming.

The following are some of the prices & sizes that are currently available. We
can cut a specific plate thickness and a specific size if you have a smaller job
that does not require a full plate.

24" x 18" x 1" $168.00
24" x 20" x 1" $189.00
24" x 18" x 2" $292.00
24" x 20" x 2" $318.00
24" x 20" x 2.9" $396.00
24" x 18" x 3.7" $462.00

This product is very easy to machine using CNC mill or a CNC router. Machining
has to be dry and without any coolant. The resultant surface quality and
invisible micro pores will allow you to form highly transparent parts.

We have additional documents that offer detailed application and handling
instructions, but they are too big to post on the list. I will e-mail these to
you separately. We can also provide you with a small sample if you e-mail to us
your physical address. This will give you an idea about the consistency of this
product and its surface quality.

Best regards,
Michael Tsenter
