Dear Joe,

For small quantities the Aluminum-Filled Epoxy is the best and easy option.

List,
We are also about to begin casting 100-200 parts per year in polyurethane.
The part looks much like a 3/8" thick picture frame approximately 16"
across. We are considering a permanent aluminum mold since that lends
itself to the detail and inserts required. Any input on methods or materials
would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: Pressure Vessel

Hello,
I am currently looking at bringing in house a casting system for plastics,
either Pressure or Vacuum Casting. I have several questions I hope someone
out there will be able to help me out with.

1. Anyone used both processes? Which was "Better" in your
opinion and why?
2. MK vacuum system or MCP? Why?
3. Who is a manufacturer of pressure vessels?
4. Does someone offer a complete pressure casting system?

Thanks in advance for any help!!!!!
Travis E. Behara
