I’m not sure what you’re looking for, but a seven sided polyhedron would be
a heptahedron.

Subject: How to draw 3D objects with 7 sides?

Dear Fellow CAD-aholics,

I would like to design memorial pieces for the space shuttle crews, so I
would like to have a seven sided object, with one face for each member.

Somehow I thought it would be a lot easier than it has turned out to be and
I was wondering if I had jumped the track or something! I guess I am
looking for a 7 sided geodesic sphere? Some questions that come to mind
are; what is it properly called, are they at all useful, where do they hide
because I cannot recall ever seeing one....

Until someone tells me otherwise I think I'm going to call them St. Ives
gons. :-)

Best Regards
