Rohit,
            WorkNC has an excellent capability to machine STL files. You can merge STL , IGES together and machine it no problem. If you got big flat faces to machine better go for Iges to use flat machining, otherwise can't recognise flat areas on STL, which is understandable for facet body. URL is www.worknc.com
