Maybe the machine ran out of nitrogen and it didn't shut itself off immediately?

Hi all,
I was building parts on a DTM 2500+ SLS machine and half way through the build the machine stopped. all the parts were severly burned. the powder itself was burnt too. Any suggestions on why this happened?
