You could try converting the artwork to HPGL by printing the
Photoshop file to a HPGL printer file. The big problem with this is
that the Windows HPGL drivers aren't worth a hoot. I've used Winline
drivers and they work well but they are expensive. After you have an
HPGL file there are programs that will convert to .dwg or .dxf. If
the artwork is simple enough then it will do ok through the
translation processes although you might have to do some heavy
editing with respect to segment ordering. HPGL doesn't always
generate the shortest or most direct tool paths. Good luck.
