Dear Colleagues

In my absence, it seems that I have been the victim of one of the
newest virusses on the block. Due to the world-wide search to me
and some international telephone calls which my office received on
the "illegal use" by me of some existing domain names, we had
our institution's IT section check and scan my computer. It really
is/was clean.

Their explanation:

Somewhere along the line the virus attached itself to the email I
sent, and made its own e-mail address.

Now virusses and how they are activated, is a very grey area to me
and I really do not understand how this has happened. I do however
hope that yo undertsand this as nothing of my doings, and that I
was a victim here.

My apologies for any trouble which this message caused - I
obviously had no intentions to trouble any-one.

Kind regards

Deon de Beer
