After each build, lower the platform 1" below liquid level. Add resin,
sweep to the back. This will eliminate the bubbles before the build.
Problems with bubbles during the build can be solved 3 ways. First try
slowing down the sweep speed. Second change the Z dip velocity of the
platform from normal to slow. Last increasing the resin temperature
slightly. If bubbles are created while building supports, the 1st sweep
should remove most of them. This method only works for Zephyr blades.

I work with accugen 100 and i have the same problem , bubbles.
What i do is before starting the build i put the elevator down
and move the recoater at top speed , trying to "kill" the
bubbles. It works sometimes .
But when the machine is building the suports it creates some
bubbles .
I´m thinking in reduce the resin temperature so the viscosity
will rise and maybe it won´t create as many bubbles, what do
you think ?
