Living hinges using PUR?

Hi all,

I am working on a project involving a small production run (~300 pieces) of
a part that has a living hinge. Has anyone had any success using
polyurethane to make a living hinge? Is it durable? I would like to use
the PUR parts as a production part. The hinge will need to live for a
minimum of 750 cycles. The designer has given me freedom to change the
design of the hinge if anyone thinks it will make a difference (currently
0.030"/0.75mm wide by the same thick; part is 0.111"/2.8mm wall).

Thanks,
Dan
