Dear list,
     Can any one help in deciding, how accurately the "Thresholding/Contrasting" can be adjusted in MIMICS s/w. As during setting most of the inside tissue will also have some Threshold value as that of outer skin value & hence much problems is arrised during perfect segmentation for internal tissue.
