This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet the "Mayor of America" and hear him announce his support for Mr. Simon.
Bill Simon served in the Reagan administration under Mr. Giuliani, and was meeting with him in New York City on the morning of September 11, 2001.
The AEC Newsletter is announcing its support for Mr. Simon, who is running against California's "ungovernor" Gray Davis. Frustration with Mr. Davis has crossed party lines as a result of his fiscal mismanagement and mishandling of California's energy crisis. Simon is seen as the leading candidate to bring a fresh perspective and true leadership to Sacramento.
