Doug,
Many extruders are not interested in runs under 500 lbs.
We use American Weatherseal, 4449 Lake Park Road Youngstown, OH.
Runs under 500 lbs. will require a $250 set-up charge but they are happy
to do them. They do an excellent job with shapes that will fit inside a
5.5" circle that require nice finishes and close tolerances. They can
supply extruded parts tempered, anodized, and cut to length as well as
secondary operations if needed.
