The Rainbow 3d Scanner from Chatham Research email is:

Minolta the VI X00 serie visit http://www.minolta.com
and look for the industrial equipment 3D scanners

Gom the ATOS visit http://www.gom.com

If you are looking for high accuracy, I think Gom may provide it to you.
