Coefficient of thermal expansion is in the units of of
length/(length*temperature) or 1/temperature. What it tells you is that for
every inch in length it will grow a certain number of inches per a degree.
To use it multiply the length of your part by the coefficient by the change
in temp to find the change in length.

change= length*Coefficient*(T1-T2)
