misuse of RPML

Dear all,

I think that we should institute a ban on this person....
I do mean that if he/she/it is on leave for 2 months I think I would be
flooded with
over 2 million emails.... and with so many of us in the system the
collective
number of such emails would be infinite.

This is detrimental to our mental health. :)
