Here is a further clarification of the ceramic parts I need made.

We have two sets of sample/test materials and need to make the same parts
from each in order to check resistance to air flow.
The ideal goal is to get the final parts made out of the samples. But if it
is impossible, we would like to get cylindrical test parts (2-3 of each)
made from each material.
Dimensions are approximate.
