Go to your favourite HiFi Audio store and get some big
loudspeaker. Then, apply this to your chamber, mounting it on
the outside might be the best solution, but I don't know, since
I have no such MCP System.

To drive the speaker, use a variable Sine-Wave generator with
Amplifier. There should some resonance frequency of the silicone.

Similar things are done when pouring concrete. They usually use
something similar to a flute or organ pipe, driven by pressured
air. They stick the thing right into the fresh concrete, a
relative short time seems to be sufficient.
