Hi. You may want to work with your 3D Field Engineer and local MIS guru on
this one.... Recently I encountered the same problem at another "academic"
location. It seems that the students were able to access the FTP capacity
via the school's network on the Thermojet and were storing all sorts of
compact disk audio and cover art on the hard drive. Cleaning out that area
and disabling the FTP access to the network enabled the printer to behave as
intended.

Students are extremely inventive. Good luck!
