Hi,

With Solidworks, thre is a strange but very efficient way to do that :

- create in your assembly a new part (a simple brick for example) larger
than all your assembly.
- then make a cavity in this block with all your parts.
- create a new part just larger than the cavity and use again the cavity
function with the previous part.

you will obtain a single body with no remaining voids inside, so it will
generate a clean stl file !
