Stl file from ultrasound data

Hello,
I know that this has been briefly discussed in the past, but I was wondering
if anyone had an .stl file generated from ultrasound data of a developing
fetus. I have a presentation at the University of Maryland, Baltimore,
School of Nursing on the benefits of RP and I would like to be able to show
one as it is appropriate to the class.
