Be sure your revision levels are all 1.0. Lightyear will work with 1.0 reading
lower revision levels, but it will not work with lower revision levels trying to
read higher.

Subject: 3d Lightyear1.0

Dear List

Can anybody give us suggestion? We are running 3D-Lightyear for our SLA250
systems, and it is running pretty good after installation.

But recently, something's gone wrong, the 3d-lightyear does not work for the
normal user, only administrator can use it. We have tried to uninstall it,
then reinstalled it again, it just doesn't work. We even tried give every
user on the station the full control right on the particular folder (3d
systems) and its subsequent folders and files, but still, it doesn't work.

Is there any expire date for this software? Or any limitation on number of
times it has been used?

I would appreciate very much if any body could give us any suggestions.
