For small parts, Solidscape.

Big parts, it depends. If the part only needs to have one side with
good detail, Thermojet is probably a cheap good answer. If there are
a lot of undercuts, cost is a factor and you don't mind a rough
surface, ZCorp may do. Then if you have more money there's DTM, SLA
and so on: all have their good and bad points.
