I have attached the test report page from a study done in 1998 at the
University of Tokyo.
This report is for the Actua (which several users have said is more accurate
than the Thermojet). In it, you will note that a part of 50 mm x 50mm x 30
mm size had an error of 0.4 to 0.45 mm at the 90% cumulative error point.
This error was observed within one part. So, it would not be too surprizing
to see the 0.75 mm that you observed over the total build table.
The Thermojet data sheet does not have a specification for accuracy.
