Just try www.digimask.com for a real 3D reconstruction on the base of
2 photos (face & profile).

Cybermesh can be downloaded
at http://www.puffindesigns.com/support/downloads.html. Works great by
transparency with thermojet, but can be weird if light reflection is used
(which would be the case with thermoforming).
