Another supplier for standard dispensing components is GLT. they go down to an inner diameter of 150µm (full metall syringes) and offer them 10 mm, 50 mm, 100 mm lenght with luerlock (ca. 7 US$/needle)
Price difference: factor 5 cheaper as hamilton.
