I am looking for a printer that prints ink on fabric. Know of any
commercial printers that does this?

Hi Elaine:
I don't know of any commercial processes, but I did see an effort going on at
Rensselaer a few years ago (1997 ??). They were working on an inkjet based
system to produce custom fabrics and it was part of a NY state consortium
effort. You could try Dave DiNicola at the NY State Center for Advanced
Technology in Automation Robotics & Mfg.; CII Building; Suite 8015; RPI; Troy
NY 12180; 518-276-6953.
Someone there should be able to tell you if the program was a success or who
the partners were. I do recall that ink formulation was the big trick.
