Dear Matthew,

to write a program to convert X,Y,Z to STL is possible, but a
problem for point clouds with undercuts and unstructured point
clouds (overlapping, lacks,...) You need time.

Very useful is the software from PARAFORM. It is sharaware. You
can downlod it from the homepeage of PARAFORM. The name is
p2poly.

but I don ´t know the exactly path.
