Membranes can be done in a variety of ways. Creating SL tools to pour
Silicone or Urethane into can be effective, however the finishing work on
the SL tool is working in the cavity and that can make it difficult to
control the feature resolution that will be replicated.

By making a SL part and doing the finishing on the proud features and then
pouring a urethane mold can usually be done in one day allowing and
additional day for building and finishing the SL part. Please note that
letters could also be added to the SL part in or before finishing.

For doing larger quantities or expediting the delivery, multiple molds could
be made from the SL part. When considering that keypads usually do not take
much material, multiple molds can decrease overall part cost and maximize
material usage.

Happy Holidays.
