Subj: Worldwide Guide to RP Resources Web Site Update

Good Afternoon:

Several helpful additions have been made to the Worldwide Guide to Rapid
Prototyping web site:

*** A new section has been established dedicated to medical applications of
rapid prototyping. A detailed overview of the work in the field is
presented, as well as an extensive directory to help you find in depth
information for many topics, including:

Anthropology / Paleontology,
Clinical Organizations,
Dental Applications,
Developing Medical Devices with RP,
Discussion Groups,
Implants,
Orthopedics,
Prosthetics
Service Bureaus Specializing in Medical Applications,
Tissue Engineering,
University Research and Clinical Services.

*** A new section has been established for unusual applications of rapid
prototyping. The section includes a directory of scientific visualization
and consumer applications, not easily classified elsewhere.

*** Mom - the Mother of All Rapid Prototyping Bibliographies - has been
updated with about 200 additional citations, and is current through October,
2000. This brings the total available citations to nearly 2,100. Many
additional medical citations have now been added for this and prior years.

All of the above and more is available at:
