My company would like to purchase a notebook computer for me to do my CAD
work with while traveling. The problem is they set a budget of about 2000
USD. I typically use Rhinoceros for my CAD. What would be the most
important factor when choosing a system RAM or processor type/speed? My
feeling is that I should get a cheap processor (celeron or AMD) and get as
much RAM as possible. Any opinions on this.
